Payment in one or two steps. First time half of the rent. And the second time minimal 1 month before the first day of the booking, the rest of the rent and the guaranty and money for cleaning. After you send this form, you will receive together with the confirming of your option the international bank account details. Only after the first payment the booking is permanent.

You will receive a confirmation and payment details.

When the last term has been paid, you receive within 2 weeks the instructions to obtain the key that is in Cadenet.

When the last term is not paid before 1 month of the holiday, your booking will turn into an option.

In that case we will send you a notification by e-mail, so that you can correct the situation.

If another tenant is found after 3 days after our notification, the option will change in an cancellation.

Conditions: 

Cleaning : The house has to be cleaned thoroughly. If you want to let it clean after you left (on the last day of the stay) then order the cleaning service on BEFOREHAND. If the house is not enough cleaned after you left:, the hours of cleaning will be deducted from your guaranty.

Cancellation  You cannot let other people go in your place without that this is cleared with us. We need then a new booking form.   When you want a cancellation assurance, we cannot help you with that, you have to search for an (travel and cancellation) assurance yourselves. There are no exceptions on the table of cancellation costs below..

cancellation by you in days or months before the first day of the projected stay in our house in Cadenet Provence. cancellation costs in % (only on the net rent, not on the guaranty (of 300 euro), cleaning and bed linen).
more than 3 months in advance costs 25% of the net rent 
between 1 and 3 months in advance  costs 50% of the net rent 
more than 14 days in advance   costs 75% of the net rent

Damage to the house or inventory: This will be compensated by the guaranty. Is the damage bigger then we send you an invoice for the rest. In case of burglary you have to inform us and the Police (Gendermerie). If you cannot reach us, you can inform the insurance agency L'Europe at the Place Tambour in Cadenet. If there has been stolen when the door was open (burglary without breaking)you are responsible for the damages. You are obliged to give full cooperation to the necessary steps that has to be made to solve the problems.

Payment: The payment is net, without deducting bank charges. When you don't pay your second term we can see that as a cancellation. When you give your e-mail address we can give you a notification when you are too late. When on this notification the payment is not done immediately, the booking is open for others.

Telephone : In the house is a telephone to use. Within normal use, free calls can be made to fixed lines (not mobile phones) within most EU countries, such as Germany, Belgium, France etc.  France Telecom delivers every 2 months a specified invoice. It will be paid (deducted) from the garantee.
